On 4th October, Dr Martin Wetzel, from Gesundes Kinzigtal and Dr Nicolas Hicks, from OptiMedis-COBIC UK, both presented in London to an International Symposium organised by the UK Health Finance Managers Association and the Healthcare Costing for Value Institute.
A new generation of healthcare professionals is needed to support healthcare systems to achieve a balance between improving the health of populations, delivering quality care for individuals, and containing costs.

On 12th September, Dr Nicholas Hicks of OptiMedis-COBIC UK was invited to take part in a expert panel at Health & Innovation Expo 2017’s Pop-up University Session: Delivery of Outcomes in Accountable Care Systems.
In August OptiMedis-COBIC and our partners, Social Finance met with a group of GPs and Practice Managers and hospital and community staff from East Grinstead – one of the meetings was at Queen Victoria Hospital, the other was at a local practice Crawley Down Health Centre.
